Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

  • The Standard Delivery charge for UK orders totalling less than £50 is a flat rate of £2.25.
  • International deliveries vary in cost depending on size and weight.
  • Please see section our Terms & Conditions page for details around our dispatch times and other details, in the case of most orders we aim to have them dispatched within 5 working days but during busy periods this can be up to 15 working days.
  • Delivery (UK only) is typically via Royal Mail and usually arrives 2-5 days after dispatch. International delivery times vary and can be subject to delays that are out of our control.

Free Delivery (UK)

  • There is an option available for free delivery, in the UK, on orders over £50, there may be exceptions to this on a product by product basis and if this is the case it will be detailed in the Product Description page.

UK Deliveries, Non-Mainland

  • Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses (this includes, but is not restricted to, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses) may be subject to additional delivery costs.
  • If we do find that additional costs will be incurred, typically with parcels, then we will contact you to discuss this before dispatching your order. Please note, this may incur a delay in the dispatch.
  • Additional costs may also be incurred for orders that would typically qualify for free delivery, again we will contact you in this case as well, as per the comments above.

International Delivery

  • We will gladly send deliveries all across the globe but please allow up to 25 working days for delivery. We typically dispatch via Royal Mail but once a parcel arrives in the destination country it is very hard to guarantee how long the local postal service will take to process it.

Faulty, Missing or Damaged

  • Whilst we do of course try our best at all times to ensure that there are no problems with items missing from your order if you do find that we have made a mistake then we will rectify this as soon as possible, again just send us an email.
